DataPlus Support We take customer service and support very seriously at DataPlus. Included in your support fee's are our secure, on line technical support and work order entry and management system, live technical support representatives, ranging from our level one support personnel, who are actual day-to-day users of the system in a medical practice background, as well as five level 4 programmers and developers of the DataPlus system. DataPlus is never customized for any one individual client, any customization that a client requests, is provided to every client, that is why we average an upgrade once each month. We do not charge for customizations that are sent to all clients. We strongly feel that the input from our clients makes our product better for future users, as well as current users. Support fee's include, but are not limited to:
